2. Account information sharing.
- Most of times, users get confused about ingame friendship with the real one.
Sadly, it is human nature wanting to take goods from others' account if you get to be able to use their accounts.
Unlike 1% of noble users, most users do this when situation comes like that, and left out broken hearted users come to us and report they got hacked.
Unfortunately but clearly, this is not a hacking. Your mistake made by account sharing.
So, please understand that it is really IMPOSSIBLE for us to get your goods back all in piece. It would be lucky if we could find the trace where your items went.
Once again, please don't share your accounts, even if that is your guild mater.
3. Fighting Temptations.
- When checking out website forum writings, there have been many abuser's posts we've been deleting so called Key-Logger program.
They will make post advertising something that will help you obtaining good items and levels, for FREE.
When you go to their teritory, they will be able to obtain all of your account informations which actually look like hacking.
Many of our users didn't believe this, but we do understand it is very hard for a human being to deny this kind of temptations.
We are sorry for not managing our website properly and deleting those abusive posts. We will not let users suffer by those abusers.
Let us know if you have suffered by this kind of cases, we will try our best to get your deleted characters restored, and change information for you if possible. But, please com clean with the information, so we could proceed possible action right away.
Please do not believe posts like that, no one can give you free stuffs, and they won't even if they can..
