We would like to inform our users about several matters, and some of upcoming news on how our working process will be.
1. Premium Map information.
We are sorry about miss description for premium map item usage.
The information was meant to be changed as one ticket for one character only, this will be changed as soon as possible.
As for premium zone item drop, it seems there are some miss-understanding.
Basically Premium map contains many highest items ingame which cannot be found normally. However, it doesn't mean you can just get them like taking an apple from trees. Please understand that it was meant to be hard drops since they are droping all good items.
This was all tested matter clearly, please do not worry about wasting your ticket.
2. Basic game manner.
There has been many users taking sides and try all their effort to get those others punished.
Some even said to others that GM believes us and we can ban you by one report. Which is very funny and will be punished.
Not to mention all those people asking why are they only getting miss-treated unfairly.
We have simple news for them.
No one is being unfairly treated, you get punishment based on our Admin Team's observing, so instead of worrying about others getting banned, concentrate on your ingame behavior first.
And if we ever see someone saying they are sort of connected with GMs or in any kind of special treatment, account will not be released.
3. Abuser banning information.
While banning abuser accounts, some of accounts in similar IP address zone can be banned which can be meaning your account was used by abuser.
If there were no further harm done from that IP address group for certain period, we will release those accounts.
So, please stop wasting your time making post about helping you from bad GMs, because it will be much faster to get the solution by actually contacting us.
Also, we didn't really took all items from banned abuser account.
It was meant to be that way, however we've never really deleted nothing, and will be remaining some of equiping items even for comitted abusers, so they can at least able to play in future.
It seems the abusing rate is going down slowly since we've been banning abuser accounts, hope there can be some more progress so our users could play game in piece.
4. Working process.
We are currently working on to fixing several important skills which is not working properly.
Also, there will be those castles in hold released so more users could fight for their glory.
Rank5 Red related items will be also activated soon which means they will be showing as normal items, please wait for our progress.
Some actual events and moderator recruitment also will be managed in near future.
Hope our recent work was making progress for our users' game play.
